The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25th May. This regulation gives many companies the opportunity to review the way they hold your data. Here at Valley Computers we collect data such as your name, addresses, email and phone number for the purposes of order processing and warranty information. We have never sold on data to third parties; our feeling is we treat your data as if it were our own! We also meet all the requirements for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) for processing credit/debit cards which puts us in a good start position for meeting GDPR requirements.
