BACKGROUND
Valley Computer Services Limited was conceived in January 1990 to provide Channel Islands customers and in particular Guernsey customers with a complete computer based package to fulfil their business and Home requirements. This included pre and post sales support, full maintenance facilities, network installations, product training, and the complete spectrum of ancillary services such as site surveys, after sales visits and assistance with planning future computing strategies.
AIMS
Our aim is to provide a professional, efficient and cost effective solution to customers needs.
CUSTOMER BASE
Since the company's foundation it has grown from strength to strength and now deals with over 1600 customers across a wide spectrum including States departments, large national companies, smaller local companies and private customers.
Valley Computer Services Ltd has the ability to service not only the needs of the growing body of home personal computer users and small businesses requiring varying degrees of support but also those establishments that have enough PC experience in-house not to require comprehensive support and services and hence benefit from the ability to purchase at favourable margins and only pay for the additional services as they become necessary. |
